Safe Handling Tips
Help your new fish settle in safely with these acclimation steps.
- 1 Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15-20 minutes
- 2 Gradually mix small amounts of tank water into the bag
- 3 After 30 minutes, gently release fish into the tank
- 4 Do not feed for the first 2-3 hours
- 5 Keep tank lights dim for the first day

Can I track my delivery? ▼
Yes! Once dispatched, we share a live tracking link and updates via WhatsApp. You'll receive packing photos/videos before dispatch.
What if I'm not available at delivery time? ▼
Please let us know in advance. We can reschedule or arrange for someone at your address to receive it. Fish cannot be held at hub for long.
Do you deliver outside Bangalore? ▼
Currently we deliver within Bangalore and nearby areas (up to 50km). We're expanding to other Karnataka cities soon. Join our WhatsApp for updates!
Is it safe to ship live fish? ▼
Absolutely! Our vendors use oxygen-packed bags, insulated boxes, and temperature control packs. Fish can safely travel up to 48 hours in these conditions.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, and cash on delivery for select areas. Payment is confirmed before packing.
Can I order multiple species in one order? ▼
Yes! Each species is packed separately in its own bag to prevent stress. You can mix freshwater species. Marine and freshwater cannot be combined.
